This website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare's Content Delivery Network (CDN) and security services. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA ("Cloudflare").
Cloudflare offers a globally distributed Content Delivery Network. Technically, the data traffic between your browser and our website is routed through Cloudflare's network. This enables Cloudflare to improve website loading times and act as a filter between our servers and potentially malicious traffic (such as DDoS attacks). In this process, Cloudflare processes connection data such as your IP address, access times, and accessed URLs.
Legal Basis: The use of Cloudflare is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in providing our website as quickly, error-free, and securely as possible.
Data Transfer to Third Countries: Cloudflare is certified under the "EU-US Data Privacy Framework" (DPF). The DPF is an agreement between the European Union and the USA designed to ensure compliance with European data protection standards for data processing in the USA. In addition, Cloudflare uses the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as further legal safeguards. Further information can be found in Cloudflare's privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ .
Data Processing Agreement: We have entered into a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with Cloudflare. This ensures that Cloudflare processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to info@tasflow.de. Your data will then be deleted immediately.
For sending the launch notification and discount code, we use Gmail (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Emails are sent via the address info@tasflow.de, which is hosted by INWX GmbH & Co. KG, Dompfaffenweg 7, 52146 Würselen, Germany. To ensure that our content can be found in search engines, we use the Google Search Console. This tool is used purely for technical administration, submitting sitemaps, and fixing indexing errors. As a result, no tracking cookies are set on your device and your behavior on our website is not tracked by us. Statistical data regarding search queries is collected by Google on its own platforms and is only made available to us in an aggregated form. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in providing a error-free website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
We use the web analytics service "Umami Cloud" on our website. The provider is Umami Software, Inc., 165 11th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA ("Umami").
Since privacy is the core principle (USP) of our service, we have configured Umami to operate 100% privacy-friendly: Umami **does not set any cookies** and does not store any information on your end device (no local storage / session storage). Furthermore, no personal data is collected, and visitors are not tracked across different websites. Only purely aggregated, anonymous usage data is recorded (e.g., which pages were visited, approximate location at country level, browser type used, and the referring website) to optimize the technical performance and structure of our website. Identification of individual visitors is not possible at any time.
Legal Basis: The processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the purely statistical analysis of our website to detect errors and improve our services without compromising the privacy of our users. Since no data is stored on or read from your end device, consent under § 25 TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) is not required.
Data Transfer to Third Countries: Umami Software, Inc. is certified under the "EU-US Data Privacy Framework" (DPF), which legally ensures an adequate level of data protection for transfers to the USA. For more information, please refer to Umami's privacy policy at: https://umami.is/privacy .
Data Processing Agreement: We have concluded a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with Umami, which ensures that Umami processes the data strictly in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
